Great book to read with a teenager. Was able to converse and share and ask questions with my teen as he processed

Reading through with my teenager has been another nugget of helpful convos and mindfulness for him to work through. Talks a lot of being self-aware and mindful of others. It’s a great book to process with and ask if he wants to share journaling he’s done or questions he has.
