I am so close to finishing the book but JESUS it’s still so fucking hard to read.
Like I’ve gotten used to its style but still it’s like McCarthy genuinely doesn’t want the reader to know what the fuck is going on ever. I feel like an idiot constantly opening lit charts to see the summary of what I just read, BUT I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO. It’s so fucking unnecessarily unclear.
