Yeah, how "useful" it is in terms of practical advice. Very often I find that self-help books are filled with anecdotes and ~good reasons you should be more X or Y (and sometimes accurate explanations as to why you're probably Z) but contain little advice as to How you're supposed to make those changes. If it makes sense?
