Roughly 775 pages. This book is winding down, just a few more chapters to go. I already purchased A Clash of Kings. I can't wait to start it, though I should probably finish the other books I'm in the middle of. We'll see.

Roughly 685 pages. Love love love it!

Roughly 584 pages. Even though I know what is going to happen, at least for the next three books, I couldn't help but speed through the pages the last few days, even though I only got to read for very few hours. The rising action of the book is compelling.

Roughly 492 pages. Things are really starting to heat up and I'm growing more and more fond of certain characters. Having watched the show first, nothing is a surprise. However, the way it was written and Martin's tone make it all the better. Exquisite.

Roughly 409 pages. I feel like some sections are slower than others sometimes, but, in truth, it's because I like the character less than I like others. It is all good, but sometimes I just get so anxious to read Tyrion's part or Dany's or Jon's that reading others' seems exhaustive. But I do love it. Martin is fantastic.

Translates to roughly 367 pages. Still loving it! Lots of action and intrigue. And far more background than the show, with little hints of things here and there that deepen the story and make me smile.

Roughly 267 pages. Got swept up in the show, haven't been reading as much, but I just got back on track. Still loving it!

Roughly about 233 pages. Daenerys is shaping up to be my favorite character in the book as well as on TV. I love Jon Snow and Arya as well. Fantastic
