ﺧَﻠَﻖَ اﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﻭَاﺕِ ﻭَاﻷَْﺭْﺽَ ﺑِﺎﻟْﺤَﻖِّ ﻭَﺻَﻮَّﺭَﻛُﻢْ ﻓَﺄَﺣْﺴَﻦَ ﺻُﻮَﺭَﻛُﻢْ ۖ ﻭَﺇِﻟَﻴْﻪِ اﻟْﻤَﺼِﻴﺮُ

Khalaqa alssamawati waalarda bialhaqqi wasawwarakum faahsana suwarakum wailayhi almaseeru

He has created the heavens and the earth in just proportions, and has given you shape, and made your shapes beautiful: and to Him is the final Goal.

ﻫُﻮَ اﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﺃَﻧْﺰَﻝَ اﻟﺴَّﻜِﻴﻨَﺔَ ﻓِﻲ ﻗُﻠُﻮﺏِ اﻟْﻤُﺆْﻣِﻨِﻴﻦَ ﻟِﻴَﺰْﺩَاﺩُﻭا ﺇِﻳﻤَﺎﻧًﺎ ﻣَﻊَ ﺇِﻳﻤَﺎﻧِﻬِﻢْ ۗ ﻭَﻟِﻠَّﻪِ ﺟُﻨُﻮﺩُ اﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﻭَاﺕِ ﻭَاﻷَْﺭْﺽِ ۚ ﻭَﻛَﺎﻥَ اﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠِﻴﻤًﺎ ﺣَﻜِﻴﻤًﺎ

It is He Who sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the Believers, that they may add faith to their faith;- for to Allah belong the Forces of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is Full of Knowledge and Wisdom;-

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻓَﺒِﻌِﺰَّﺗِﻚَ ﻷَُﻏْﻮِﻳَﻨَّﻬُﻢْ ﺃَﺟْﻤَﻌِﻴﻦَ

Qala fabiAAizzatika laoghwiyannahum ajmaAAeena

(Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong,-

ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻓَﺒِﻌِﺰَّﺗِﻚَ ﻷَُﻏْﻮِﻳَﻨَّﻬُﻢْ ﺃَﺟْﻤَﻌِﻴﻦَ

Qala fabiAAizzatika laoghwiyannahum ajmaAAeena

(Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong,-

ﻓَﺎﺻْﺒِﺮْ ﺇِﻥَّ ﻭَﻋْﺪَ اﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺣَﻖٌّ ۖ ﻭَﻻَ ﻳَﺴْﺘَﺨِﻔَّﻨَّﻚَ اﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻻَ ﻳُﻮﻗِﻨُﻮﻥَ

Faisbir inna waAAda Allahi haqqun wala yastakhiffannaka allatheena la yooqinoona

So patiently persevere: for verily the promise of Allah is true: nor let those shake thy firmness, who have (themselves) no certainty of faith.

ﻗَﺪْ ﺃَﻓْﻠَﺢَ اﻟْﻤُﺆْﻣِﻨُﻮﻥَ

Qad aflaha almuminoona

The believers must (eventually) win through,-

ﺇِﻥَّ اﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺁﻣَﻨُﻮا ﻭَﻋَﻤِﻠُﻮا اﻟﺼَّﺎﻟِﺤَﺎﺕِ ﺳَﻴَﺠْﻌَﻞُ ﻟَﻬُﻢُ اﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤَٰﻦُ ﻭُﺩًّا

Inna allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati sayajAAalu lahumu alrrahmanu wuddan

On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love.

ﻭَاﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻳَﻌْﻠَﻢُ ﻣَﺎ ﺗُﺴِﺮُّﻭﻥَ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺗُﻌْﻠِﻨُﻮﻥَ

WaAllahu yaAAlamu ma tusirroona wama tuAAlinoona

And Allah doth know what ye conceal, and what ye reveal.

وَهَٰذَا كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَاتَّقُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ

Wahatha kitabun anzalnahu mubarakun faittabiAAoohu waittaqoo laAAallakum turhamoona

And this is a blessed Book (the Quran) which We have sent down, so follow it and fear Allah (i.e. do not disobey His Orders), that you may receive mercy (i.e. saved from the torment of Hell).
