So I started this book pissed at one of the primary protagonists, Vanderveen, because of her betrayal of Santana in the previous Legion book, When All Seems Lost. I am waiting to see if Vanderveen comes clean, and if Santana remains with the faithless slut. If Vanderveen comes clean, no matter how she rationalizes her behavior, then I'd respect her a little more. I might lose some respect for Santana though.

One thing that I have noticed in the later Legion books, is the disappearance of the Trooper 3. I wonder if there was something I missed in an earlier book.
