Well, once the actual story started, I got hooked.

Despite the ongoing grammar errors. Despite seeing short text descriptions that covered the content of that horrible glossary, I’m still reading.

I was trying to get to 100, having dozens of pages to go. Yet the next time I checked, it’s 247 instead?!

The Story part of Book 1 finally begins, at page 24!

I’ll read till page 50 …

Correction: After switching devices (iPad to iPhone with smaller screen), I found the glossary to be less overwhelming with Wall of Stuff I Don’t Want to Read. I realized I had read 12 pages, not 2, which also helped lessen my original DISLIKE supersaturation.

At page 14 I’m still slogging, but less shocked / overwhelmed by it now.

Still 1 * Rating, so far.

… And immediately being tossed into a stat/definition landfill at the beginning of the book before experiencing any possibility redeeming factors such as character, plot, or illustrations beyond the book cover. (Is the word count padding?). A few descriptive comparative sentences would have described the content equivalently.

As I said, NOT IMPRESSED!
