This book takes a deep dive into destructive cults, not just religious, but groups that practice extreme mind control over its members. It also sheds light on how hard it is to be deprogrammed from a specific way of thinking, but is not impossible.

The book is well written, gives tons of references, and shares other books go read too. This is an easy read as, I recommend.
