This book is intimidatingly long. So Rhysand just stole Fayre from her wedding, can’t wait to see her reunite with Tamlin after wanting to run away from the wedding. This book just isn’t drawing me in like Freida McFaddens do. Will power though as best I can, apparently this is the best of the series, I can’t wait to see if that’s true.

First two chapters done. I like the setting of the scene with Fayre seemingly suffocated with the duties of being a lady instead of the huntress she wants to be. You can feel her boredom whilst she rattles around the estate planning the wedding and being turned away from the broken down village. Hoping it’s building to something big and fast like her becoming restless. Excited to see where it goes
