What's gagging me is that this is a similar dynamic to BM, the chaotically unserious narrator pairing with the far too serious love interest. And in BM, Luc was my baby, I love that kid, capital-M Mine. But here, I just want to give Jonathan a thousand hugs and tell him he's carrying so much and it's all gonna be alright. Loving this development.
