This one’s a bit of a slow burn. I’m only at chapter 8, and the story is still taking its sweet time to come together. I’ve been skipping over the “spicy” parts, and honestly, it hasn’t taken anything away from the story so far.

yeh the entire series. ToG is SJM’s superior series and my favorite fantasy series of all time. but this is good too lol it was slow in the beginning, but this book picks up the pace of the entire series
I'm definitely reading the ToG series after this. Thank you for recommending it. This is my first fantasy read, but so far, it's not bad, I'm really enjoying it. I would say the first book picked up faster than this one😂.
