Admittedly, this one has not been my favorite. I’ve struggled to resonate with the message. Going into it, I figured this read would highlight some common human experience but it’s the exact inverse (I didn’t read the back). I feel as though the cynicism that Gladwell seemingly advocates for is not is not the fix for a world already contending with loneliness.
