“Reading gives me a place I can go when I have to stay where I am; it makes me feel less alone. I’m a romantic. I can’t not be when I read it all the time. I want grand gestures, love confessions, butterflies, and someone who isn’t afraid to show me how much they love me. It seems unrealistic but the idea that love in books is only fiction and not real doesn’t seem fair.“
