So far the book speaks about the idea of shaping behavior through design. It gives numerous examples of “Shikoku” in every day life and how it shapes behaviors. The book has begun to dig deeper into good and bad Shikake as well as other ideas and details regarding the practice. But reading wise, so far so good!
