I'm going to read other's books for a bit. It tells a compelling story about the Armenian genocide of 1915, but I'm still waiting to find out why the author decided to include the perspective of the protagonist's granddaughter 60 years later. I'm over halfway through and still have no idea why I'm supposed to care about her. I may come back and finish this one later.
