Pretty good, the tone is very casual. Like it is about a guy who just sold a company to his universe’s version of Microsoft. And he decided to sign up for a service that would freeze his brain right after. And now he is in Vegas learning about space probes that are self replicating. It feels a little bit of a pointless intro because I already know the premise of the book cause I read the summary. But it is whatever

So we have gotten to the part where he actually goes to space and it has been fun so far. I think the theocracy angle is a bit under played.

The book is still a pretty good read. It took a bit of weird turn. Basically a far right religious government took over the US. So there is weird things like no internet and AI have no rights. Which is a bit weird but I will hear the book out of it does the premise well.
