I really liked this book. Even though it is decades old and has a bit of a dated tone, the authour seems to speak directly to the reader in a comforting and reassuring way. I've spent the last few days using her suggestions of "accepting" anxious feelings and fears and "floating" instead of fighting the thoughts and sensations. More often than not I've been able to get through some rough patches.
