It was pretty obvious Jonas was in trouble and going to jail. I thought it'd be a little longer then just a day but jail wasn't the only punishment he got. He got suspended from the University of Pennsylvania. I did not think he would get into that much trouble but he is not in a good place.

I wasn't very surprised to see that Jonas got caught drinking. He had been doing it so frequently he was bound to get caught. I wonder what is going to happen to him because he got caught. I am really looking forward to finding out

It seems like Shakri and Hakma are really bad influences on Jonas. He used to be a good kid till he started hanging out with the wrong people. I have a feeling a lot of bad things are gonna start happening because of this underage drinking and bad choices.

I was really surprised to see Jonas drinking. He really doesn't seem like the kind of kid to underage drink. ever since the beginning of the book he's been really quiet and antisocial i wonder what is going to happen.

I was really happy when Jonas got a friend named Shakri. She will make the book so much more interesting and better. I wonder what is going to happen between them. I'm really anxious to see what happens.

I understand why Jonas is in Pennsylvania with a foster family. His whole family probably died in the shootout talked about in the book. Jonas is having a very hard time understanding he doesn't have a family anymore, that was why he was so anti social in the beginning of the book with no friends. He is starting to develop those social skills and mature more.

I don't know why Jonas was at Christopher's mom's house. Jonas claims that Christopher saved his life. It was probably in the military. Jonas was feeling sad when he saw Christopher's picture. He probably had a lot of memories with him that made him sad to look at again.

In my last update I asked if Jonas was going to have to deal with other people judging him and making fun of him. While I was reading my question was answered and Jonas has been getting bullied nonstop. He seems smart academically but he is not very social. The book itself says that Jonas sits in the corner in the back to avoid everybody. Maybe if he would talk to someone he could make a friend or even a few.

The book has started off slow, It has gotten better though. Jonas now lives in the US which is new. He livrd in two worlds, one with his family and in the other world with Paul. I remember the first time I left the US and went to Ibiza Spain. It was a lot different and people treated me different and judged me for the way i dressed and what i looked like. I wonder if Jonas is going to have to deal with that too.
