I am enjoying this book, but having trouble focusing on it, That's a personal problem, however. Omar and Najwa's stories of life with Osama are truly compelling. I really wish I had to focus to just sit and READ this book! I love learning about the culture in Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and now, Afghanistan. I had no idea that each country was so different from the next!

This book so far is not as compelling as Sasson's other books, but it is still interesting! I like to learn about Osama bin Laden's early life! And as with all of Sasson's books, I like to learn what it is like to be a woman in Saudi Arabia and surrounding countries.

I am SO SO happy the library had this book on hand! I love every one of Jean Sasson's books that I've read so far.
Books on the Arabian Peninsula and surrounding areas are very interesting to me. This is especially so when the books are written about or by feminists since feminism in this region is so different from American feminism.
