Easy read, gives good analogies and is interactive. Can be a bit repetitive, but gets its theory across well.
Gives a great insight in how we are architects of our emotions, contrary to my prior belief of that we are passive revivers of emotions, at are at mercy of emotion circuits buried deep within our animalistic parts of our brain.
