completely reframing my viewpoint on fear too

I’m sitting with the part about suffering - how we must face it and sit with it and hold all parts of us, even the pain, with tenderness in order to find our path to healing. that’s been true for me I just haven’t wanted to make peace with that truth. perhaps that caused even more suffering
