This book is so rich with narrative, often heartbreaking, that I can't read more than a few pages at a time. It's good--really good--but not something I can breeze through. Gonna have to return it to the library and check it out again.

Ann Fox's essay here, "Development of a Bisexual Identity," is excellent.

Developing a bisexual identity involves, so commonly to almost be intrinsic, "re-evaluating and discarding an existing self-definition in which we have developed a degree of investment."

"Declaring oneself bisexual means trusting one's own experiences."

"The research affirms... we bisexuals are everywhere and nowhere at the same time." Oof.

This is going to be an emotional read.
