I am currently reading "The Book Thief", by Markus Zusak. Although the text was a little hard to follow, I felt like I understood the plot and the first couple of chapters really intrigued me. Some of the words and phrases were confusing and I didn't understand them, but overall I was very pleased with the few chapters I read.
