The author's message in this book is how efficient the Boeing 747 was back in the day and how they are slowly disappearing. The author is trying to say that this method of air travel is the best and that it is an experience to fly it. The author uses other events like when the first 747 was delivered to United and he uses airlines and how their first class is equipped on the 747 like Cathay Pacific with a 2X2 pattern

My favorite book that I have read this year was this one, 747 by Joe Sutter. This book is my favorite this year because I enjoy aviation and this is my favorite aircraft, often referred to as "the queen". The theme of this is general aviation and the characters are airlines and 747s. The plot is mainly in the Boeing Factory in Seattle.

The book I am reading currently is about aviation and the book I have read before was about battles. The style of writing in this book I am currently reading is very factual and it is about facts of the plane, and airlines that have committed to it. The previous book, STAR WARS, had a story behind it and how there is a dark side and the light side.

I would interview the CEO of United Airlines if I could interview one person. I would ask him how much money it took to purchase all the 747s in their fleet, and how much money profit is made from each revenue flight. They might say about 2 billion dollars went in to upgrading and purchasing all their 747s. Also, hundreds of thousands are made from each flight.

Over the past week I read how the engineers started to develop the Boeing 747-8 which is an update to the older 747, has GE-Nx General Electric engines, more efficient wingtips and overall it is longer. The 747-8 was beginning to be designed in 2006 but released nearly 5 years later. It was first delivered to Nippon Cargo.
