I LOVE this cover!
The first few pages have started off quite interesting. Professor Aliesha Eaton is unexpectedly a fiesty one!
Dante is a little more hotep-ish than I expected..... Calling her sis, comparing her voice to the "hypnotic" Meshell Ndegeocello! I mean, I laughed a lil bit, just because I wasn't expecting any of that from Dante the barber."

I can appreciate what the author is trying to here... but it almost feels a little forced and slightly preachy.... But we'll see what happens, I still have a ways to go.
