I keep having mixed feelings. Mostly negative impressions, but at the same time I'm hooked, really wanting to know how the love story unfolds. However, this is simply my curiosity for romance scenes lmao. The Spanish translation is not too good. Idk if in the original she keeps repeating sentences and expressions, but the Spanish translation does it pretty noticeably, which is off-putting

It has taken me over 200 pages to sympathise with the characters. And still, I think they were not created genuinely, but rather built upon a stereotype, and the story develops from it. I'm also not enjoying the Hunger Games vibe to it, but I know that's just me not liking that trope too much. Somehow I'm still very intrigued and I've read 200 pages today lol
