The exercises in this book are revelatory. I'm enjoying it so far.

I am reading this slowly because I'm doing the exercises, which can become as long and as detailed as you like. "Write down 15 moments or events that you consider the turning points in your life." That could easily take me to the end of next year. I'm hoping next year will be a turning point actually.
