SO CLOSE to finishing this book! After putting off reading it for so long, I’m surprised how easy most of it has been to read. There’s a few bits that are drier and more hard scifi, and some long dialogueless parts that went on a bit TOO long, but overall this book feels a lot better paced & readable than book 2. Think it could’ve been split into 2 books though, this one is a hefty boi.

Finding this massively more engaging and more readable than the previous book in this series, The Dark Forest. Don’t want to put it down but I have other stuff to do! 😅
