This book is incredible. I don't know of a more in-depth and convincing argument for a plurality of elders.

Reading this as part of the Elder Dev course at our local church. It's excellent so far! Chapter 3 contained an argument against the single pastor model. I haven't seen that as a part of other books I have read on this topic.
