This book seems so “airy” or “holey”…I don’t know how to explain it. Like the story is there but where are the details? How is this book 720pgs & I’m halfway through but nothing is happening? How can a book of such serious subject matter be so seemingly inconsequential?
Book due back to library. I will check it out again later to finish 2nd half, but am happy to move on to something else in meantime.
