Planet of Exile was also very compelling, it's interesting that the first two books in the Hainish cycle are SF classics, yet have hardly any high technology in them and are both about forced exhile in more primitive societies. It's a great theme that she explores across time and space... onto City of Illusion (which I've read before but I've forgotten the twist in the tale).

Rocannon's World was wonderful.
