For context, I was given this book while facing depression and anxiety as well as grief/loss from a relationship breakdown. While the first part of this book was powerful in helping remind myself of the strength of love (communal love, self-love, etc.) and practices of love (daily affirmations), the second half was triggering. Would not recommend for those still navigating trauma and anxiety.
