I'm really enjoying the premise and the language. It was a very slow beginning, but in retrospect that laid a good foundation. I was thinking to possibly read this with Rory but it's more complex and in depth that I originally thought. I'm liking some language and phraseology - there are poetic thoughts here, maybe an homage to the victorian era of Miss Peregrine.
