Hmmm. I'm thinking this was really evil genius level blackmail. 'Cause if Conrad HAD let Brutus and Thad assault both Nick and Sean, then it would obviously be rape; that's not so much good viewing (unless it's your thing). Harder to hold over someone. Tape comes to light and the whole scene is just proof of another crime and as it was facilitated by Conrad, then it's solid grounds for a warrant to find the drugs.

Gah! I don't know why but it's always so irritating to read about how a brand new cocksucker can just wolf down a dick right off the bat. It takes YEARS of practice for to learn that skill (or so I've heard). I love the fantasy but, like the necessity of lube, reality can be just as sexy & rewarding. Sometimes the gagging and spitting and sheer effort of TRYING to do that is even more erotic, especially from a noob.

And, I'm just gonna point out that I'd make a much better bad guy. Well, my evil imagination would anyway. I abhor non-con, avoid reading if possible, hate to see it used gratuitously. But, umm yeah. With no real reason to trust him, Conrad should have filmed the cops for blackmail material and let the goons in afterwards as punishment. Just sayin'. Also, this is billed as BDSM. Where the fuck was any of that?

What the - Oh well, that was convenient, wasn't it? Here, have a little Deus Ex Machina. (But fuck that sex scene was smoking hot, if a little overly angsty.)

I originally thought it would play out so much better if the MCs were CIA agents trying to flip an informant/recruit an asset - but then this whole "blackmail" scene wouldn't really work. The police angle just didn't fit with such a crappy cover, and with them being out of jurisdiction with no local coverage/backup/etc. That's more DEA territory if we're splitting hairs. Yeah story might be served better as UC DEA.

Oh shit. That's good blackmail material for supposedly straight cops. Fuck, it's still good even for the not-so-straight ones. I doubt any police officer wants to have that kind of video circulating where it would jeopardize future promotions, embarrass family members, eliminate them from UC work forever basically...an any good defense attorney could twist it to tank a case as an ethical issue.

Well, of COURSE their covers were blown. It's not like they had any kind of established legend or history; they were never even vouched for by an informant. Also, probably not a good idea to use your own fucking name. Duh. Even in the pre-internet days it was relatively easy to run a background check of some sort.

Oh gawd yessssh. This is everything I love about the "straight" cops undercover as gay trope...all of it, right here. From the awkward but sizzling first kiss, to the uncomfortable boners and the fumbling touches. *sigh* And now, they're naked, in bed. "Practicing" how to kiss appropriately and not let on to their true purpose at the RamJack. <3

Okay, wow...I had no idea this was set in the early 1980s. That's really interesting; I hope the details match up to what I remember of them!
