A friend attended this years CCEF (Christian Counseling and Education Foundation) and this author was her favorite. She recommended this book to me, as did another friend several years ago. I have been reading materials put out by CCEF for 25 years and have always found them helpful, challenging, hopeful and extremely Bible- and Christ-centered.
