The first chapter of this book had be dreading the reading of the remaining chapters. It gave so many definitions and small glimpses into larger theories and then would indicate that this particular topic or theory would be discussed further in another chapter. This made for a very broke disconnected feeling for me as a reader. Chapters 2 & 3 better.
