These short stories are…bad. Extremely bad. They’re all told with no punch or drama or flare. The delivery is flat and the ending leave me scratching my head like “so what?” Is this going to be my first DNF? :(

I read a classically acclimated horror book recently and at the end I was like: NOTHING HAPPENED.

Yeah! That’s exactly what’s happening to me with these “spooky” short stories. What a waste of time. I think I will DNF it. :0
