Walter Lee is such a petulant man child. Ruth is making a choice about aborting her child no only because of their financial situation but her relationship and he does not even show interest really? Ugh! While I don’t agree with Lena trying to say no to Ruth’s right of choosing, I agree that buying a new home seems more important than taking a risk for business.

Ruth and Lena (Mama) are my favorite. I’m starting to see Walter Lee and Beneatha are representing some of the deadly sins?

Ruth is just trying to hold everything together and Lena just wanted to care for people and hold them in check. Love that they have a mostly positive mother-daughter in law relationship!
