I’ve learned that negotiation takes place everyday whether we realise it or not. To some, negotiation means life or death and to others negotiation means getting a better deal. Understanding the art of negotiating enables all of us to get the best of our wants.

Paying attention to the other, winning the mindset game instead of arguments and thinking out of the box are some things I’ve learned so far.
