Giving notes as I read this book:
Good:
- Great refresher for those who are team leads and people managers.
- Digestible chapters relating to management style. I definitely could see mine.
Bad:
- Male pronouns are used for bosses and female pronouns are used for “difficult bosses” or employees. Clearly this book was written by three white men.
