Very interesting visit to Ukraine before the war. And a heavy venture into killing animals for food, drinking warm blood. I do understand her desire to live life to the fullest and not be protected from the grim realities on our plates.

The author appears to drink too much wine. Writes too much about her preference for rough sex. Is very good at turning a carcass into recognizable chunks of meat. Still an interesting read.
