A point has been reached in the story where Ron must live with the decisions he has made. Typically, when somebody chooses to do what they believe in, they are praised. However, when Ron chooses to not take the drug tests and to not have sex with his girlfriend, he begins to face ridicule from his friends and wrestling teammates. It is starting to look like, in declining the test, he will not be able to wrestle.

The main character is Ron Woods. He is the captain of his high school's wrestling team, an honor student, and a very well-behaved young man. Going into his senior year, however, he is forced to make many tough decisions. Due to his "straight-edge" ways, Ron decides against having sex with his girlfriend and then argues that his school's mandatory drug test is a violation of his rights. This creates conflict for Ron.

While this book may be at a low reading level, it has been extremely entertaining so far. A lot has happened in the first two chapters, and I have legitimately enjoyed the plot. The main character, Ron Woods, was taken into custody while taking a routine jog. He matched the description of a criminal, but was later found to be completely innocent.
