All the white people were suddenly overcome with a need to walk into bodies of water and drown themselves. Now the world is a utopia for black people. And when asked to give a speech in this new utopia our main character says, "This place is do great. I don't know how you do it. There must be something in the water." And I can't tell if the author even sees what he just did there.
