Slowly but surely going to finish this even if each chapter takes a full hour.

The first part of the book was really hard to learn and understand, now it’s finally readable with the concepts understood and practical portion about how you can use what modern neuroscience has discovered about the brain. thank goodness, I was about to give up.

Good but omg a slow read. Might return and come back to it.
