Just finished Ch 4 on how Congress has made itself essentially non-functional

I expected to skim this and/or read it with a generous amount of salt; anticipating sensationalism and cynicism beyond warrant about the profession/field. Instead, thus far I find myself nodding, "I KNOW, right?!" and appreciating the historical overview of broken aspects of the legal system, viewed topically per chapter insofar as it's possible to parse and separate.
