Greek is hard, but slowly I'm kinda getting how to translate it. I don't think I'll be a master by the end of this class, but maybe I will have some basic comprehension skills

Greek is really hard at first, then once you think you got it... the second wave of confusion emerges. Seriously though, I love learning how to read Greek, but it is very hard. The hardest part for me is honestly the time it takes to find the proper gloss and case that the word is in. English doesn't prepare you for concepts like genitive, dative, accusitive, and nomitive cases

Before starting this I have been using Duolingo for over a month to learn Hebrew and that has been very fun. This book though on how to read/interpret Biblical NT Greek is tough. Obviously there are no sounds and that makes it hard. But my main issue with this author is that he CONSTANTLY uses words that clearly only people in the field of translation use. Even my wife who has a brilliant vocabulary didn't know them
