reading this for a reading challenge where i have to read a book from my childhood. looked through my bookshelves and there this was. i recommended it to my sister, she bought it, and loved it. but i actually remember almost nothing about this book besides that, along with projekt 1065, this was my favorite gratz book. the last time i read this was like 5th grade so i'm both excited and scared to see what i think now

i was indecisive about picking which book to reread for this because my bookshelves are filled with memories, but this one caught my eye. i loved it alan gratz sO MuCH as a kid, but i haven't reread him in a long time unlike pjo/hp.

it's quite fitting that i read this after i read As Long As The Lemon Trees Grow because it's really basically the same core idea/concept iirc
