My question from the book the one and only bob. Is why did Ivan keep going back into the deep water just to save all of the animals. He could have died when he went back into the water to save the other animals.

I had a ah moment while reading this book. the moment was when the officers raised the gun with tranquilizer darts in them. this is a ah moment to me because I realized that they are trying to shoot all the animals that got out of their cages because of the hurricane.
