This story has been my hyperfixation for the past year and I think it's time for a reread

Not Hua Cheng wiping out Green Ghost Qi Rong's lair and making it literally rain blood just because he "didn't like his face." It's true though that Hua Cheng is quite classy for a ghost and doesn't seem to like the other Ghost Kings for the fact that they play dirty.

Okay I'm noticing a connection between some of the characters and flowers, I've figured out some things but overall this remains a mystery to me. I would really like to find out what's up about this. Because now even Xie Lian is admitting that he used the surname Hua (Flower) when he was a General in the Banyue army.

HUA CHENG IS A DREAM😍😍😍 Who knew a Supreme level ghost could be so ruthless yet so gentlemanly at the same time??? Also I love how Xie Lian is just like "Eh my friend is a Ghost King no big deal."

San Lang (Hua Cheng in living human form) sucking the poison out??? Ugh he's so sexy in my brain!!! Also I would like to know how a face "beckoned" that was either a bad English translation or the author really overlooked that.

Such passion, what a charming tale that would be." FORESHADOWING??? Also, that's REALLY cute in a dark, morbid kind of way.

The name Hua Cheng means Flower City??? STOP HE'S LEAVING SO MANY HINTS ABOUT WHO HE WAS WHEN ALIVE!!!😭😭😭

"I've been smiling ever since I entered the bridal sedan," Xie Lian said. EW FREAKY!!!

Okay Fu Yao is officially my favorite character. He's so out of pocket and has the most hilarious comebacks to everything. I live for his petty cat fights with Nan Feng. Also...the story about the ONE messed up Chinese character turning the title of a god from Perfect Sun to Tremendous Masculinity KILLED ME🤣🤣🤣
