Even though I'm not done with the book, I can say for sure when I complete it, I will like it more. Michael has saved the part of the Electroclan that was captured by Hatch. Jack got shot in the stomach and died, but I don't really care because he was a jerk. Michael confessed to Taylor when he though they were going to die after he was trapped, but Taylor saving him. I predict someone will get kidnapped again.
